The practice was founded in 1937 by Dr K Hainal-Konyi,an eminent Engineer and Researcher who studied in Switzerland and Germany.

Hainal-Konyi & Partners were among the pioneers of the use of new materials and techniques and in its 60 years plus existence, the partnership has completed several hundred projects in Europe.

Since those early days, the firm has developed progressively to the present multi-disciplinary practice under the close personal supervision of the third generation partners.

Launched in Asia in 1981 with the opening of an office in Singapore, regional expansion quickly followed with new offices in the region.
